focus primarily on smaller meetings – accommodating 5 to 100
All
facilities are conveniently housed in one handicap-accessible building
Five
comfortable meeting rooms are dedicated only to conference and retreat functions
Most
conference space is on floor separate from guest rooms, allowing for personal
quiet time and privacy when desired
Per
person rate has no hidden charges and is based on your needs - Covers
meeting room(s), meals, breaks, and overnight accommodations
Meeting
room is usually available to you 24-hrs. for storage of materials if needed
Free
use of flip charts/easel pads, markers, chalkboard, microphone, television/VCR,
overhead projector and screen if requested
Conference
tables are not draped or skirted, allowing for easy and smooth writing surface,
unless requested otherwise
Meeting
room is of solid design - No moveable walls or folding dividers in meeting room
- and exclusively yours while scheduled
Each
simple guest room includes sink and desk and chair for individual workspace
No
ringing telephones in meeting rooms or bedrooms - attendees able to focus on
goals and objectives without unwanted interruptions
C.O.R.’s
smaller staff ensures that your needs will be communicated and taken care of,
instead of being “lost” between departments….
Everyone at the Center of Renewal is totally committed to assisting you
throughout your stay
C.O.R.
staff will happily do all set-up prior to your meeting, i.e. curved rows of
chairs, u-shaped tables, etc. if directed in advance
Dining
room is separate from meeting space ensuring a clean and quiet environment
Pre-determined
meal times ensure hot food and helps keep conference on schedule
Continuous
coffee service available in dining area if requested, as well as pre-scheduled
cookie or fresh fruit breaks
Guest
refrigerator available for groups to bring own soda, snack foods, or for storage
of medications if needed
