Accommodations

The Center provides accommodations for daytime and overnight programs. The following information will help you plan your meeting space and overnight requirements. Please call the Center at 716-754-7376 if you have any questions.

Meeting Rooms

Each of the Center's meeting rooms offers a unique atmosphere with flexible seating that can be arranged according to your needs.

Audiovisual Equipment

The Center can provide the following audiovisual equipment for your meeting: VCR, television, overhead and slide projectors, microphone, tape recorders, chalkboard and flip charts. We can also provide additional equipment with advance notice. Please arrange your audiovisual needs with the Center prior to your arrival.

Overnight Accommodations

Meeting rooms and bedrooms are housed in one building. An elevator accesses all five floors of the Center and ramps aid in accessibility. The Center is not air-conditioned. There are 73 bedrooms in the Center that accommodate up to 86 guests - 60 single rooms and 13 double rooms.

Most single bedrooms are 12' x 8' and contain a twin bed, sink, desk, dresser and clothes rack. Double rooms are the same size as the single rooms and contain two twin beds, sink, dresser and clothes rack. We provide bed linen, blankets, pillows, towels and washcloths. Bedrooms lock only from the inside, so you may wish to leave valuables at home. Showers and toilets are located on each floor.

*Ratio is number of people per shower or toilet, based on full occupancy.

Normally, the shower and toilet rooms are set for women on the north end of the building, men on the south end. This arrangement may be altered depending on your group needs.
