The
following information is provided to help you plan your event and inform
your participants of what to expect during their stay at the Center.
Please call the Center at 716-754-7376 if you have any questions. Reservations
Contact the Center to reserve space for your program. hospitality@center-of-renewal.org After
making your reservation, you will receive a Reservation Agreement. In order to
reserve the space and guarantee availability, you are then requested to return
the signed Reservation Agreement with a nonrefundable deposit within 14
days. A
final guaranteed participant count must be given to the Center 10 days prior
to your event. Your invoice will be based on your final guaranteed participant
count, unless your actual count is higher; your invoice will then be based on
the higher count. Dining Service
Buffet-style
meals are served in the dining room on the first floor of the Center. Meals
are served at the following times: breakfast -8:30 a.m., lunch -12:30 p.m.,
dinner -5:30 p.m. Meal times may be adapted to your specific group needs.
Please contact the Center in advance of your visit to plan different meal
times. The
Center serves wholesome, buffet-style meals. Main entrees vary, with standard
items at each meal: Breakfast
Main entree, cold and hot cereals, applesauce, grapefruit, raisins,
prunes, hard boiled eggs, toast, assorted juices, coffee, tea, milk Lunch
Main entree, soup du jour with crackers, hot vegetable, salad bar,
bread, dessert, coffee, tea, milk Dinner

milk Staff Assistance &
Emergencies
During
business hours, staff will be on site to assist you. If you have an emergency
or need assistance at any other time, you may page the staff person on call. To
ensure 24- hour emergency communication to guests, the Center requests that
the group coordinator carry a pager for the duration of the visit. The pager
is connected to the Center's voice mail system - if your group receives a
message on the voice mail, your pager will beep immediately and you can return
the call. When you arrive at the Center, a staff person will provide you with emergency information, your pager and instructions on using the pager and the voice mail system. Mission
